Ultimately, it is my father and brother's own selves that they have oppressed, rejected, and abandoned. In Christ's Higher Perspective, given to me Here and Now, I am Free and cannot be oppressed.  And Christ's Wisdom Reminds me that the Power lies Within me to not give them power over me. 

 

 Now, if someone tries to shut my Spirit down through shaming, I try to practice seeing the situation in God's Light and Truth. They can’t shut my Spirit down. They can only deprive themselves of their own Spirit in God.  When Jesus was crucified, He knew they couldn't destroy Him.  He Forever Knows His Eternal Identity.  His accusers were in darkness and acted according to darkness.  But, darkness can never destroy the Light.  Man's condemnation can never kill God's Spirit.

 

John 16: 31-33 The Message

 Jesus answered them, “Do you finally believe?  In fact, you’re about to make a run for it—saving your own skins and abandoning me.  But I’m not abandoned.  God is with me.  I’ve told you all this so that in trusting me, you will be unshakable and assured, deeply at peace.   In this world you will continue to experience difficulties.  But take heart!  I have overcome the world.”

 

 His Resurrection is Given to us, to Empower us, to See that Christ's Eternal Nature that Overcomes all darkness, may be in us as well.  Jesus' Overcoming is ours too ~ which helps us See that His Eternal Nature is our True Nature also.  In Christ, we are Of Christ.  We radiate from our Radiant, Beloved Source.

You are Perfectly Beloved. You have an Eternal Value that can never be taken away by anyone, even yourself.  It can only be forgotten. But Christ's Spirit is Here to Awaken Us.  

 

In Christ, your Spirit cannot even be touched by darkness because you are constantly in Union with God.  And This Freedom is Absolute and Eternal.
